PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiving apparatus, a broadcast program display method and a broadcast program recording method in which a user can view a desired broadcast program even when the broadcasting date and time of the broadcast program is changed in the destination where the user visits. PSOLUTION: A digital broadcast receiving apparatus 1 for receiving a digital broadcast comprises: a reception data memory 14 that stores program information of a first broadcasting station A, a control unit that creates a program guide table based on the program information of the first broadcasting station A and judges whether or not a broadcast program to be viewed by acquiring program information of a second broadcasting station B is broadcasted by the second broadcasting station on the date and time different from that of the first broadcasting station A when the broadcast program to be viewed is selected from the program guide table in a second area (b) where broadcasting waves of the first broadcasting station A can not be received, by operating an operation unit 13; and a display unit 12 that displays the date and time when the broadcast program to be viewed is broadcasted by the second broadcasting station B when broadcasting the broadcast program to be viewed by the second broadcasting station B on the date and time different from that of the first broadcasting station A.
