PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image acquisition apparatus and a mobile mounting image acquisition system for multi-line camera and mobile unit in which a target image can be acquired surely and accurately over a wide range even if a shielding object, e.g. a tree or a pole, exists in front of the target when the target image is acquired while traveling a vehicle. SOLUTION: Multi-line cameras 3 each comprising line cameras 31, 32, 33 combining a hemispherical fisheye lens 34 and a line sensor 35 arranged horizontally in three directions at a different angle are disposed on the left and right sides of a frame 1 installed on the rear roof of a vehicle. Furthermore, three laser scanners 2 and a DSP 5 are provided. An inertia navigation system 9 is also provided and when a designation of imaging is inputted, imaging time, position and attitude are determined based on a PPS signal and GPS data from the DSP 5 while synchronizing them internally and image data is acquired from the multi-line camera.
