PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content receiving terminal for specifying an illegal user who has illegally circulated contents distributed from a provider or performed any illegal operation to the contents.;SOLUTION: A content receiving terminal 50 is provided with a content receiving means 54 which receives contents with trace information including contents ID to identify contents and distribution destination information showing the distribution destination of contents, a trace information updating means 56 which updates the distribution destination information to redistribution destination for distributing the contents to the other terminal, a content distributing means 58c for distributing the contents whose trace information are updated to the other terminal and a history data generating means 59 for generating history data including distribution origin history information showing the distribution origin of redistribution and distribution destination history information showing the distribution destination of redistribution, and for transmitting the history data to a history data storage device for storing the history data.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
