PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-treatment installation and pre-treatment method of an analysis sample for an NIR analyzer to obtain measurement results stably, continuously, with little measurement time delay, and with analyzing object constituents included in an oil phase in an oil/water mixture prevented from being inhibited by mixed free water by pre-treating an oil/water mixed sample by using a simple oil-water separator in performing measurement in real time by means of an online NIR analyzer, and to provide an analysis method on an organic compound by means of the NIR analyzer by using the same method.;SOLUTION: The following first to third means are used. The first means is a cooling means for cooling a sample of oil/water mixture solution to lower the saturated moisture concentration of the oil phase. The second means is an oil/water coarse separation means for separating the oil phase from a water phase in the mixture solution cooled by the first means. The third means is a heating means for raising the temperature of the oil phase separated from a greater part of the water phase by the second means to raise the moisture concentration of the oil phase.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
