PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure Web accessibility to a user who has difficulty in operating an input device such as a mouse or a keyboard.;SOLUTION: A Web user support system 100 includes an object specifying means 110 which collates Web page data with a rule table 126 to specify a code corresponding to a predetermined input process, a content setting means 111 which imparts a unique ID for each input process, extracts data required for executing each input process from the Web page data by making it associated with the ID, and then stores it in a temporarily storage means 103, an ID display means 112 which inserts an additional code for displaying the ID on Web page into the Web page data for executing an output process, a process specifying means 113 which specifies data required for executing an input process by searching the temporary storage means 103 with an ID included in user's input information as a key, and a process execution means 114 which reads the specified data from the temporary storage means 103 for executing the input process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
