PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array sheet having a high-density light shielding layer, and to provide a method of manufacturing the microlens array sheet and the transfer sheet. PSOLUTION: The transfer sheet is provided with a colored layer containing at least color pigment and organic polymeride having a tensile rupture stress of ≥2MPa formed on one side of a base material. The manufacturing method of the microlens array sheet is as follows, a microlens surface is formed on one side of the sheet and an adhesive photosensitive layer is formed on the other flat side, the photoreceptor layer is made in a state that the light condensation part where the light is condensed through the microlens part by irradiating with ultraviolet rays from the microlens part surface is hardened, and also, the adhesiveness of the non light condensation part of the photosensitive layer is maintained, thereafter, the colored layer of the transfer sheet is pressure-stuck to the photosensitive layer in the aforesaid state so that the colored layer may be overlaid on the photosensitive layer, and a light shielding layer is formed on the non-light condensation part by peeling the colored layer part close to the base material with cohesive failure.
