PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display panel whose display speckles can be suppressed and to provide a method of suppressing the display speckles.;SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display panel has a number of pixels arranged in a prescribed form. Each of pixels has a pixel capacitance part consisting of a transistor controlling charge and discharge to the pixel, a pixel electrode layer connected to the transistor and a counter electrode layer provided so that at least a part of the counter electrode layer is opposed to the pixel electrode layer via a liquid crystal and an auxiliary capacitance part consisting of the pixel electrode layer, a bus line layer and an intermediate electrode layer positioned therebetween. At least a part of the bus line layer is provided so as to be opposed to the pixel electrode via an insulating layer and at least a part of the intermediate electrode layer is provided so as to be opposed to the bus line layer via an insulating layer.
