PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition for removable adhesive converted paper, which has adhesive strength after ultraviolet irradiation and lamination, hardly changing with time and has smooth release feeling in release, and removable adhesive converted paper. PSOLUTION: The composition for removable adhesive converted paper comprises at least one elastic body component which is selected from a rubber elastic body component and a (meth)acryl group-containing elastic body component and has 5,000-40,000 weight-average molecular weight, at least one ultraviolet-curable component selected from an ultraviolet-curable oligomer and an ultraviolet-curable monomer and a polymerization initiator.
