PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight conductive cement composition which is lightweight and has excellent conductivity and sticking property to concrete and excellent work efficiency, particularly a conductive cement composition capable of preventing the reduction of the resistivity and the inactivation of an anode in an electric protection process for concrete structure and to provide an anode pretective material for electrolytic pretection obtained by using the lightweight conductive cement composition.;SOLUTION: The lightweight conductive cement composition contains cement, lithium nitrite, clay mineral and air bubbles, wherein the total quantity of the air bubbles to be contained is 30-60vol.% and the clay mineral is mixed in an amount of 5-30 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass cement. The lightweight conductive cement composition is effectively utilized as the protective material of the anode having an optional shape such as a wire-like, a planar and a point-like shape, particularly the protective material of the anode applied on a ceiling in the electric protection process.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
