PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bind winding and unwinding piece and the piece driving tool, which can wind and unwind electric wires with different outer diameters and binds with different spiral diameters easily.;SOLUTION: The support includes a base piece 2 supporting an almost semi-peripheral surface of an electric wire W, and a pinching piece 3 supporting the residual peripheral surface of the electric wire W and pinching the electric wire W with the base piece 2. The base piece 2 has a predetermined length along the axial direction of the electric wire W. The pinching piece 3 has an axial length longer than the axial length of the base piece 2. A bind winding rod 13 is erected in the radial direction of the electric wire at one end portion 10a of the pinching piece 3.
