PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a texture-forming woven fabric having a sufficient draining function especially at a paper-side and keeping a fiber support suitable for the production of various kinds of paper.;SOLUTION: This texture-forming woven fabric for a paper manufacturer contains top-side MD machine direction yarns, top-side C (cross) MD yarns woven with the top-side MD yarns to form a top-side texture-forming layer, bottom-side MD yarns and bottom-side CMD yarns woven with the bottom-side MD yarns to form a bottom-side texture-forming layer. The bottom-side texture-forming layer is sewn to the top-side texture-forming layer. The top-side MD yarn and the top-side CMD yarn are woven together to form a series of repeating units, and the bottom-side MD yarn and the bottom-side CMD yarn are woven together to form a series of repeating units.
