PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tube degradation sampler which collects sample core of ferroconcrete pipes such as PC (polycarbonate) tube, from inside the tube.;SOLUTION: This tube degradation sampler 100 comprises: a base 102 having four projections 107a-107d which are contacted on an inner wall of the reinforced concrete pipe to position a central axis line on inner diameter line of the pipe; a strut 103 fixed on the central axis line of the base; a pad 109 freely-movable in axial direction of the strut; an elevator block 104 arranged to be freely movable in axial direction of the strut; and a bracket 105 arranged to be freely movable on the longitudinal direction line of the tube which passes along the central axis line to the elevator block.
