PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum die casting alloy for a connector having excellent caulking property, sacrificial anode characteristics and castability, and also to provide a method for manufacturing a connector block made of this alloy.;SOLUTION: An aluminum die casting alloy is used for a connector which has a composition containing 2 to 10% Zn and 2 to 7% Si as essential components, also containing either or both of 0.5 to 1.5% Fe and 0.1 to 1.5% Mn and having the balance Al with inevitable impurities.
