PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily create an NC machining program used in the case of grinding with a rotary tool.;SOLUTION: This NC machining program creating device 200 creates an NC machining program including a position command of a cutting part of the rotary tool 120 in a two-dimensional work coordinates system taking Z-axis and X-axis as coordinate axes. A lead clearance α round B-axis of a tool rest 100 and an angle (a radial clearance β) made between the cutting surface including Z-axis and passing the cutting part of the rotary tool 120 and Y-axis are input through an input operating part 250. An NC machining program converting part 285 converts the created NC machining program to an NC machining program including a position command of a three-dimensional work coordinates system taking X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis as the coordinate axes based upon the clearances α and β.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
