PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seasoning to be used for cooking, and to provide a method for producing the seasoning.;SOLUTION: The seasoning contains 31 spices. The method for producing the seasoning comprises frying each star anise fruit and Chinese cardamom (Amomum tsao-ko Crevost et Lemarie), mixing other 29 spices with the product, and crushing the mixture.
