PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a box-release mold which can be easily assembled, keeps sufficient structural strength when concrete is placed, can easily be assembled when taken out, and can be reduced in cost. PSOLUTION: The box-release mold 100 has an outline corresponding to the inner wall surface of a facility storage space in order to form the facility storage space at the wall surface of a concrete structure. A plurality of mold parts 110 are manufactured which are small frames forming a part of the box-release mold 100. The mold parts 110 are connected to each other with spacers 120 held between the mold parts to thereby manufacture the box-release mold 100. The mold 100 is carried to an installation site, installed, and buried, and concrete is placed thereon for solidification. After the solidification, the spacers 120 are cut and crushed, and removed by a method such as melting. The mold parts 110 from which the spacers 120 around them are removed can be easily taken out.
