PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analysis information managing method and an analysis information managing apparatus for easily configuring analysis parameters of inspection items analyzed by using a reagent.;SOLUTION: A communication mechanism (12) in a service center (10) transmits and receives information such as analysis information between a plurality of automatic analyzers (100). The information such as the analysis information is stored in a database (16). An analysis information parsing mechanism (14) evaluates/parses a result analyzed by the automatic analyzers using the analysis information accumulated in the database. A reagent parameter registering mechanism (18) registers information on the reagent in the database (16). The communication mechanism (12) extracts analysis parameter information on the managed reagent from the database in response to requests from the automatic analyzers.
