PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volume hologram laminate which lessens the occurrence of dotty hologram defects in a volume hologram layer in spite of preservation in a pressurized state during storage, etc., and a label for making the volume hologram laminate. SOLUTION: The volume hologram layer of the volume hologram laminate formed by successively laminating a first tacky adhesive layer 3, the volume hologram layer 5, a second tacky adhesive layer 4 and a surface protective film 6 on a base material 2 is formed by recording the hologram on the recording material consisting of a matrix polymer and a photopolymerizable compound and the glass transition point thereof is 30 to 70 deg.C and the dynamic modulus of elasticity in storage at 50 deg.C in measurement at 6.28 rad/s is 5×105 to 5×107 Pa. The dynamic modulus of elasticity in storage at 50 deg.C in measurement at 6.28 rad/s of the tacky adhesive layer is =2.5×105 Pa and the loss tangent A (tanδ) expressed by the dynamic modulus of elasticity in loss/the dynamic modulus of elasticity in storage at 120 deg.C is =0.15.
