PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information management system for deleting personal information stored in a storage means as occasion demands and safely deleting personal information by managing the timing of deletion.;SOLUTION: This system comprises a personal information input means for inputting personal information; a personal information table 14 classifying the personal information into a plurality of groups to be stored; a date input means for inputting a deletable data related to the stored personal information for every group; a management table 15 storing the deletable date in conformation to each group; and delete control means 38, 49 and 50 reading, upon satisfying a predetermined delete condition with respect to any one of the groups, a deletable date corresponding to this group and determining whether the date when the delete condition is satisfied is on and after the deletable date or not, and enabling, in a case that the date is on and after the deletable date, the deletion of the presonal information corresponding to the group from the personal information table 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
