PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine powder charcoal combustion method and combustion apparatus, using construction waste material as heat energy in a simple device, and using the charcoal ashes collected after combustion as organic fertilizer raw material. PSOLUTION: A fine powder charcoal storing device and a primary air supply device are provided through a mixing injector in a combustion chamber. Air supplied from the primary air supply device and fine powder charcoal supplied from the fine powder charcoal storing device are mixed to supply fine powder charcoal mixed with high pressure air to the combustion chamber. The fine powder charcoal supplied to the combustion chamber is ignited to burn the fine powder charcoal, and charcoal ashes generated after combustion is collected by an ash collector.
