PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information filtering device capable of preventing the automatic acquisition of a program having a security problem for a huge image file or information processor. ;SOLUTION: This information filtering device is provided with an access destination information analyzing part 12 for judging the possibility of access corresponding to whether or not an access occurs in a time band having a little possibility to acquire external information and an output part 15 for outputting the analyzed result of the access destination information analyzing part 12. Since the possibility of access is judged corresponding to whether or not an access has occurred in the time band having a little possibility to acquire the external information, the program having the security problem for the huge image file or information processor can be prevented from being automatically acquired.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
