PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a netting processor which provides an offset effect without making a new claim other than a claim concerned when netting the plurality of claims with different term days.;SOLUTION: This processor comprises a bilateral claim extraction part 311 which extracts a bilateral claim 330 which is a claim between predetermined two persons from an original register 320, and a bilateral claim offset part 313 which offsets the claims based on the bilateral claim 330 and creates a bilateral offset claim 331. The processor deletes claim data in which a combination of a creditor and an obligor differs from the bilateral offset claim data 331 of the bilateral claim data 330. The processor includes a bilateral credit reset processing part 315 which, for claim data of which combination of the creditor and the obligor is the same as that of the bilateral offset claim data 331, resets the bilateral claim 330 by reducing evaluation values in each claim data such that sum of the evaluation values of the respective claim data is the same as the offset evaluation value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
