PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new cationic photopolymerizable epoxy resin composition to compatibilize improved patterning characteristics with improved properties such as ink resistance and adhesiveness to a substrate and further provide a fine structure member composed of a cured product of the resin cmoposition and a method for forming the fine structure member.;SOLUTION: The cationic photopolymerizable epoxy resin composition for forming a structure member using the patterning by light irradiation contains (a) an epoxy resin, (b) a cationic photoinitiator, (c) a cationic polymerization inhibitor, (d) a compound having a fluoroalkyl group and a substituent crosslinkable with the epoxy group of the epoxy resin at a terminal and (e) a cationic thermal polymerization catalyst.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
