Concrete condition in order to raise the generation of electricity efficiency of the vibrating type electromagnetic generator is made clear. The vibrating type electromagnetic generator is formed, each solenoid coil, as it possesses specified coil interval, winding is done mutually in opposite direction. And, the moving magnet is connected, through the magnet spacer of specified thickness, in order for the like-pole to oppose. Furthermore, as it makes with the magnet pitch which is of coil pitch and total size per of one magnet length of the moving magnet and the thickness of the magnet spacer which are per one coil length of the solenoid coil and total size of coil interval almost equal, coil length is made shorter than magnet length.
