PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an ingress edge router to detect an egress edge router of a multicast LSP (label switched path) and establish a multicast LSP autonomously, without establishing the egress edge router of the multicast LSP at the ingress edge router by a network operator, when the multicast LSP is established.;SOLUTION: A router on a telecommunication network creates a multicast LSP request message, and sends it out to all of routers on the telecommunication network. The message includes a router identifier for identifying the router in the telecommunication network and a multicast LSP identifier for identifying a multicast LSP, and makes the router as an egress edge router. An ingress edge router extracts the router identifier and the multicast LSP identifier contained in the acquired multicast LSP request message, and establishes an LSP based on the identifiers.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
