PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a C arm type cone beam X-ray CT device capable of suitably obtaining and correcting mechanical manufacture errors, or the like, due to artifacts in the case that a geometrical parameter is biased depending on the range of a rotation angle.;SOLUTION: The cone beam X-ray CT device is provided with: error calculation means (304 and 305) for calculating the error of the rotation center axis of rotary movement and the error between the set values of the rotation start angle and rotation speed of the rotary movement and actual values by using the reconstituted image of a phantom including a plurality of wires arranged roughly in parallel to the rotation center axis; and a correction means (205) for correcting three-dimensional X-ray CT images by using the calculated errors.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
