PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component mounting device in which a substrate can be fixed by comparatively little depression weight and it can be positioned after depression fixing.;SOLUTION: The component mounting device includes a freely movable stage 106 on which the substrate A is placed and a fixing means 102 for depressing the substrate on the stage so as to fix it. The fixing means 102 includes a substrate abutting means 201 which can freely move by following movement of the stage in a state where the substrate is depressed to the stage and a depression means 202 for giving force for depressing the substrate A on the stage from outside the stage 106 to the substrate abutting means 201.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
