PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel characteristic analyzing apparatus in which a propagation path can be modeled more appropriately by also processing a position parameter required in a two-wave model that is utilized as an estimated propagation path model, in a stochastic and statistic manner.;SOLUTION: A channel characteristic analyzing apparatus for analyzing propagation channel characteristics in a receiving device 11b receiving via a receiving antenna 13b a radio signal of a millimeter wave band transmitted from a transmitting antenna 13a of a transmitting device 11a comprises an arithmetic means for operating h(t) represented as expression (1):h(t)=βδ(t) as a solution of a channel response of the radio signal received by the receiving device 11b.
