PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear change time presumed torque setting device which obtain a highly accurate presumed torque transiting smoothly at the time of gear change transition by considering a response condition of the internal combustion engine, and also to provided an automatic transmission control device which makes highly accurate and smooth transmission control by suppressing gear change shock, and an internal combustion engine delay model learning method.;SOLUTION: Since an operation condition presumed torque Tsn is used before a torque at the time of gear change transition is reduced (S112), a highly accurate presumed torque reflecting the response condition of the internal combustion engine is obtained, and at the time of torque reduction (YES at S114), a presumed torque Tect is calculated by adding a variation part ΣTDmdl of presumed model torque to a base presumed torque Tsnbase (S116). A level difference is suppressed in such a way that the presumed model torque is reflected to a presumed torque Tect with the level difference excluded even when the level difference exists between the operation condition presumed torque Tsn and the presumed model torque.
