PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of easily manufacturing a fluoropolymer finely processed molded product having fine recessed parts having a high aspect ratio precisely formed thereto and having a thickness of 100 μm or below.;SOLUTION: The fluoropolymer finely processed molded product with the thickness of 100 μm or below is manufactured by applying fine processing to a processing material made of a fluoropolymer, that is, by irradiating the processing material made of the fluoropolymer, which has a thickness of 100 μm or below and is directly brought into contact with a base material to be laminated thereon, with radiation light of 1.0×10¹³ photon/s mm² or above to apply fine processing thereto.
