PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strobe for underwater-photographing, especially, the compact high-function strobe for underwater-photographing.;SOLUTION: As for the strobe for underwater-photographing, a flash light discharge tube, a power source, a booster circuit, a capacitor, a trigger circuit and a light control circuit, etc., are stored in a waterproof housing, and the strobe light emitting panel is constituted by arranging plural small-sized light emitting units with a straight flash light discharge tube covered with a reflector in a nearly T-shape or a nearly L-shape, then, the strobe light emitting panel having the nearly circular irradiation area of a large emitted light quantity is obtained. The strobe for underwater-photographing is made compact, besides, provided with the high function.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
