PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an appliance for an aqueduct made of a lead-containing copper alloy, which has superior appearance while adequately reducing the amount of lead eluting into water from the internal perimeter surface of the aqueduct.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the appliance for the aqueduct made of the lead-containing copper alloy comprises a de-leading step S20 of immersing a casting 10 into a de-leading liquid before a cutting step S30 to de-lead the outer surface of the casting 10 and the internal perimeter surface of the aqueduct 10a.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
