PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination method for ampicillin resistant Haemophilus influenzae simply, quickly and accurately judging the fixed Haemophilus influenzae and carrying out a precaution for respiratory infection by simultaneously detecting each of specific p6 gene, ftsI gene, dacB gene and bla gene.;SOLUTION: This method simultaneously detects a p6 gene such as a DNA, etc., encoding a p6 protein of a Haemophilus influenzae and having a conservative region of p6 gene, a ftsI gene such as a DNA, etc., encoding a PBP3 protein and having a mutational region of ftsI gene, a dacB gene such as a DNA, etc., encoding a PBP4 protein and having a mutational region of dacB gene and a bla gene such as a DNA, etc., encoding a TEM type inactivating enzyme which inactivates the ampicillin and having a conservative region of bla gene and simultaneously judges the existence of Haemophilus influenzae and two kinds of ampicillin-resistant Haemophilus influenzae different mechanisms of resistance by β-lactamase but not by PBP mutation and resistance by β- lactamase.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2000,JPO
