PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent the leak of lime wash of placed concrete through connections of the heat insulating panels during the heat insulation work of building beams using the forms or heat insulating panels.;SOLUTION: A heat insulating panel or form 10 is assembled in the bottom surface of a beam P of a building, and another one 20 is assembled in the side surface thereof. The panel 10 is provided with a rail 14 at a side end of its upper surface, while the panel 20 is provided with a rail 3b at its bottom end.
