PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particulate ceramics which are useful for modifying a liquid medium, are excellent in maintenance due to a less frequency of change or recycling treatment, can simplify the system of the liquid medium modifying equipment, can effectively utilize energy generated by collisions among the ceramics, do not need a special device such as for voltage control, and are easily applicable for domestic and outdoor uses.
