PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry and install a bridge member by decreasing the number of suspending apparatus used and without complicated repeated relocation work of a suspending cable.;SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, the suspending tool 8 of the bridge member of the invention includes: a holder part 18 holding the opposite end faces of the bridge members W in the clamping state; a suspending slider 19 connected to the end of the suspending cable 7 delivered from a suspending apparatus 6 and moved toward both held end faces of the bridge members W; and a tilting mechanism 20 for moving the suspending slider 19. The tilting mechanism 20 is constructed by a chain block 26 for rotation.
