PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an operation state of a timer on a screen when a display switch is touch-operated without using a dedicated program in a programmable display unit.;SOLUTION: An illustration editor section 73 sets displaying of a timer window for displaying the operation state of the timer as one of attributes of a delay switch in the delay switch (component) with an attribute setting section 73a, and transfers the setting (including data of the timer window) together with screen data to an EPROM 22b of the programmable display unit 2. When the delay switch on the screen is operated, an HMI processing section 21 operates the timer, reads data of the timer window corresponding to the delay switch, and displays the timer window.
