A bearing device includes a turbine-side bearing 21 and a compressor-side bearing 22 each of which is a floating-bush type sliding bearing. A gap (turbine-side inner peripheral clearance TI) between the turbine-side bearing 21 and a rotating shaft 13 is set to be larger than a gap (compressor-side inner peripheral clearance CI) between the compressor-side bearing22 and the rotating shaft 13. In the bearing structure, unstable vibration including self-excited vibration can be suppressed.
