The effective order of specific gene silencing is by using siRNA technologies. By selecting specific siRNAs, by rationally designing, the method for generating effective gene silencing agent can be maximized, and be used for cryptiogene expression. Method, composition and kit are related to RRM2 including those by rationally designing the siRNAs generated and disclosing.
