A method of processing a superhydrophobic surface and a solid body having the superhydrophobic surface processed by the method are provided. The solid body includes a base, and a surface structure having micro-scale unevenness formed by a plurality of bunches formed by a plurality of adjacent pillars that are formed on the base and have a nano-scale diameter.
