A catheter arrangement for insertion into a blood vessel is proposed. The catheter arrangement has a catheter with a proximal catheter tip, in which an intervention tool is guided to remove a blood clot from the blood vessel. The intervention tool has an element for trapping a blood clot, in particular a spiral, in the region of its tip.
