An antifouling Coating Composition of soluble Matrix, which exhibits excellent anti fouling Properties and low Environmental Impact on Marine Flora and fauna, adequate for Protection of installations subject to the action of Sea water.The antifouling Composition of low Environmental Impact includes: 15 to 20% by weight of zinc tannate, 1.5 to 2.5% by weight of Bismuth lactate, 5 to 7% by weight of Polymer Film Forming, 10 to 15% Weight of Rosin WW, which allows the release of the biocide, 2 to 3% Weight of Plast Ificante, 0.1 to 0.5% by weight of Castor Oil gel rheological Agent,45 to 55% of solvents and 7 to 9% of filler.Additionally, it provides a procedure for obtaining an antifouling Composition of low Environmental Impact which includes the steps of: a) preparing a first vehicle Dispersing Rosin resin in an appropriate Solvent to prepare a Second vehicle, (b) Dispersing a Polymer form Ador Film an appropriate Solvent, (c) a disperse mixture of zinc tannate,BISMUTH lactate and one or more load materials together with the first and second Vehicle obtained in Steps (a) and (b) respectively, and after the stage of dispersion, (d) Add one or more agents rheology.
