The head has an electromagnetic rotating head (100) and an electro-magnetically driven rotary screw portion (200) attached to each other and driven by an electromagnetic screw in a rotating direction of a shaft. The rotating head is provided with a hard shell and a set of strong magnetic beads (2) that are visible on a surface of the hard shell through multiple openings. A spring orientation cavity is provided on a lower lid of a casing. A spring is installed in the cavity, and an upper end of the spring is held by a plate of other magnetic bead.
