An apparatus for protection of heritage revealed that comprises at least one module.A module comprises at least one inner layer in contact with a surface of the heritage; at least a thermal layer affixed to the said at least one inner layer.In the said at least one layer includes adding heat thermal device able to add heat to the surface of the property or a substance adjacent to said at least one thermal layer; and at least one outer layer affixed to said at least one thermal layer.In the said at least one outer layer is constructed of a material or a plurality of materials alone or in combination are resistant to degradation by exposure to external elements, in which the said apparatus is stuck on the surface of the heritage cooperatively.
