The present invention relates to a pre-concentrated liquid composition comprising topiramate or a pharmaceutically acceptable addition salt thereof as active ingredient and an organic solvent, said composition having a low water content; a liquid composition for oral administration which may be obtained by mixing the composition with an aqueous medium; and processes for preparing it.
