The object of the present Invention is to achieve a New Medium for the rapid Screening of Antibodies to Brucella spp. in Bovine Serum samples by the method of Process Analytical column with immune Antibodies in Biological Reagents, including: Antigen Brucella abort US 99 Strain Inactivated, thinner samples and Positive Control Serum conjugated to Brucella spp.Negative control Serum, Brucella spp., Rabbit anti bovine IgG FC marked with Biotin and Streptavidin coupled to Red chromophore. The proposed method has shown a high Diagnostic Sensitivity and Specificity comparable with those obtained by Standard serological methods.The Diagnosis allows rapid and easy determination of the presence of Antibodies to Brucella spp. in Bovine Serum.
