Diagnostic instrumentation for transvaginal diagnostic hydrolaparoscopy consists of at least a vaginal ultrasound probe (1) by "U" adapter (2) as the conductor of the instrumentation, the sharp hollow needle (3) of the dilator (4) with the translucent diagnostic trocar (5) in the form of a tube of plastic, and a lens (6), wherein the inside diameter of diagnostic trocar (5) is slightly larger than the diameter of the optics (6). Diagnostic instrumentation can be supplemented standard hysteroscope. At least diagnostic trocar (5) is disposable.
