The invented method of making cased bore hole comprised the following steps: boring a bore hole (4) of required depth; arrangement of a service casing column (5), comprising mutually coupled plastic tubes, in the bore hole (4) wherein said service casing column (5) includes a filtration zone (2) and a complete zone (3) extending above the filtration zone (2); and supplying cementing mixture into the annular space (9) formed between outer circumference of the tubes in at least a portion of the complete zone (3) and inner surface of the bore hole (4) in that portion. The invention is characterized in that at least two adjacent tubes of the service casing column (5) are joined with each another by welding with a welding apparatus (15) and counter-pressure, acting on inner walls of at least a portion of the casing column (5) against the action of external pressure when supplying the cementing mixture, is generated such that a non-pressurized clogging liquid mixture that acts only by its hydrostatic pressure is supplied into that portion of the casing column (5). A cased bore hole comprises a casing column (5) including mutually coupled plastic tubes, wherein at least two adjacent tubes of the service casing column (5) are joined with each another by welding with a welding apparatus (15). A casing column (5) for cementing a bore hole comprises mutually coupled plastic tubes disposed in the bore hole (4) and has a filtration zone (2) and a complete zone (3) extending above the filtration zone (2) wherein at least two adjacent tubes of the service casing column (5) are joined with each another by welding with a welding apparatus (15) and the casing column (5) includes a column of a non-pressurized clogging liquid mixture acting only by its hydrostatic pressure in at least a portion of the casing column (5).
