The present invention is characterized by target preparation and isolation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PAO-Fe60, CCM 7678 microorganism strain with deregulated expression of a specific receptor for pyochelin, overproducing that receptor in media without or with addition of metal ions, especially Fei3 ions and usable particularly for search of new biologically active compounds or particles employing specific interactions siderophore - receptor, wherein the siderophore, especially pyochelin forms part of a biologically active conjugated compound or a particle. Siderophore as a ligand or as a complex with metal, especially with Fee3+ or as otherwise modified siderophore and ferrisiderophore can take part in this interaction. In such a manner, effective transport of conjugate or a particle into a microorganism cell is ensured.
