Multi Hypothesis B-picture virtual display buffer with loans of space in H.264 post-decoder buffer

摘要

An input image is coded and then decoded by referencing an image stored in a picture buffer. The decoded image is checked whether it is a reference image or output image. The decoded image is stored in the picture buffer based upon the checking result. An independent claim is also included for image decoding method.
